School

My son this morning did a very sweet thing. He decided that his sister should come with him to school with him because we have not found her a playschool yet. She was sad when I nixed it. Still it was very sweet of my son to offer. Unfortunately I did not want a phone call from the school asking why there was an extra child in his class. Instead she came with me to my doctor's appointment where we both got so involved in the puzzles I did not hear the nurses call my name. It was fun and my daughter loves going with me because she gets stickers after my appointments. She so has those nurses and my doctor wrapped around her finger. Afterward we have a ritual of going to the donut store after my appointment. The Tim Hortons is in the same parking lot and she loves sprinkle donuts. Who wouldn't! Anyways she's been a little clingy since her brother started school again. Over the holidays they played together all day and now she has no one but her Mommy to play with. Oh well I can't wait for Kindergarten to start then I'll have half a day to myself and do Mommy only things. Sigh like drink a cup of coffee by myself and not have a Barbie standing guard next to it. She did that to me yesterday. In fact that Barbie followed me all around the house. Hmmm my own private stalker Barbie. It could be worse; it could be the small lego pirate army my son has made. AAARRRHH give us your newspaper or walk the plank. Nooou computer time for you, deck swabbing is yer chore. Har Har!
