The one legged magpie is still alive and well. That's all I have to say.
Okay maybe not... but here we go anyways.
1. Did gardening work like weed and plant things.
2. Did housework.
3. I finished Hubby's Obelix pants as he is calling them.
4. I get to go swimming with Raven tonight.
5. I got the pictures of the chicks from Bear's school to his teacher.
Yes the chicks Rusty and Sunny are getting pretty big and Bear's teacher was happy to get the pictures. The reason why I got the pictures were because my parents came in today and my Mom mostly planted the flowers she had brought for me. They were under a time limit and came sooner than I expected. Which had totally foiled my plans of trying to weed before they arrived. Oh well, the front of my house now looks like it actually has someone who cares about Gardens living in it. Now I just have to weed the rest of the flower beds. Hehe.
On Tuesday Raven and I did not do much except she finished an unlined cloak and I almost finished my white and rust colored lined cloak. I just need to fix a seam and then pin the trim on so I can sew it down. I must admit I really, really like the colour combination on that cloak. It is not one that would normally be paired together but I think it looks really good. Tonight we don't expect to do much sewing which is fine by me. I have doing small projects around my house and got two face huggers.... um I mean face cradle covers done for Aunty Ski. I have merely tied the elastic because I want to see how much of it I need for the other face hug.. er cradle covers. Which means I will have to stop by Aunty Ski's house one of these days. Also I have been working on the second panne velour dress for Smiles and this is making her happy. It is a sleeveless one and I will probably put some flowers on the front just like her other dress. They look very pretty like that, plus there is the bonus that it is easier for Smiles to know which side is the front and back.
I only want to say one more thing and that is Congratulation's to the newly arrived member of hmmm... I need a good Pseudonym for her and her husband. And I can't remember if I already made one up for her or not. Anyways I will refer to them as Miss M's parents and I am sure those in the know will figure it out. Wait a second it was Baby Jail, ah ha! So Congrats to Baby Jail and her growing family. Baby F looks like a very healthy baby girl and very, very cute. Sigh, I almost want mine to be over now. Eventually, eventually it will happen. At least now I am at the half way mark :)
