SO this may be my last post for a week and a half. When I switched services for the TV and internet I had booked things so that it would be cut off and the new service installed today. I am not cut off yet, but I just called to find out when the new service provider was supposed to come by today and..... I was told he'll be by on the 11th of September. Arrghhh! Seems that my wonderful plan of having it done today is not going to happen. So if you don't hear about me for awhile its because I do not have access. Oh well, ces't la vie.
On the other front I woke up when Hubby's alarm went off this morning and had a thought that made me get up and not be able to go back to sleep. I am wondering if it is the litter in the litter box that the cat is objecting to. You see we had previously used non clumping unsweetened cat litter and when we moved here we switched to a clumping litter for Hubby's convenience. I am thinking her bathroom problems stem from getting urinary tract infections from the clumping litter which is known to happen in some cats. After all she is not even using the cat litter box and spraying all around it. Which Hubby is refusing to clean at the moment. Arrggghhh! If I was allowed I would do it I would, but being pregnant I am strictly forbidden to go anywhere near the litter box. So I am thinking Hubby better clean it tonight and I will buy some non-clumping cat litter for the cats and see if that will make a difference. I really do not want my house smelling like a litter box. Nor my laundry.

Maybe it's just that the litter box is dirty, and that's why they won't use it. My cats let me know if I've left the litter for too long. And it's not pretty.
Did these problems start when you first started using the litter, or just inthese recent posts?

Well since Hubby doesn't like doing the cat litter I think that is part of the problem. But the more I think about it the more I am convinced that it is the clumping cat litter that is the problem. I would say it was just after we changed cat litters that the problems started and while Hubby's lack of attention to chores he despises is part of it I don't think it is the full problem.
