Advice

Do not take your infant for an immunization shot before taking her to the doctor's. Or if you do remember to put Tylenol, a bottle or a soother in the diaper bag for her. Man I need a nap.

Oh just a query why does broth fill you up when it is mostly made up of water which does not satisfy hunger? What makes the broth a food? My mind is curious but lazy enough not to look up the answer on Google.

Sometimes the feeling of hunger is a sign of dehydration. Also, broth will not only fill the stomach, but begin the ingestion process so while you haven't really eaten, you're still absorbing nutrients, and that's good enough for the digestive organs.

:)

Hope that helped a little.

Unlike water, broth has a caloric value. It can raise your blood sugars, give you much-needed nutrients (salts, minerals, etc) and it also helps your body break down and absorb other food you have eaten previously, which is still lingering in your intestines. Plus (as mentioned above) it provides hydration and the sensation of a full stomach.

Broth is good for you.
