Books

I ended up going to a book store the other day and picked up the last two books in a series for Smiles and pre-ordered one for Bear. Okay here's the story. On Smiles birthday she received a series called the Rainbow Magic where there are seven Rainbow fairies that two girls have to help save. Then I came across another series called the Weather Fairies and ordered it from the book club. Alas I only received 5 out of the 7 books in the series. Grrr. It gets worse. Nana (the same one who gave Smiles the original series) found and bought the third series of Jewel Fairies. Unfortunately she only found 6 out of the 7 books in that series. Sigh! Now Bear has gotten into a series called the Beast Quest and has 5 out of the 6 books. There might actually be more but you see the 6th book won't be in stores until March 1st so I think there's only 6 in the series. So instead of receiving this book as a reward for not sucking his fingers for a week Hubby will have to take him to go pick out a different book instead.

Anyways I went to the book store (yes I know I am trying to go second hand for most things but these books won't be found in second hand stores) and found the last two in the Weather Fairies series. I also found that the last book in the Jewel Fairies series is at other stores in the city so I will have to go there soon.

Our third child is also fascinated by a book. It's a toy plush frog that you can open up and read the story inside. Eyes goes big eyed as soon as you give it to her and does her darnedest to get it in her mouth. It is very cute to watch. She still has trouble with her hand control but has switched a ring from one hand to the other. But with her brother home sick right now I should probably feed her soon and then see if I can get a nap in. Later!
