Chili Taco Casserole

Hubby had made lots of chili and once again we were left with lots of leftovers. So what to do with them. Here's a very simple recipe that even our children enjoyed.

You will need

a casserole dish
a spoon
a cheese grater
a can opener
maybe a bowl to mix some things in

1. Leftover chili
2. taco or tortilla shells
3. cheese cheddar or marble or whatever you fancy
4. 2 cans of whatever type of cream soup you want. I used Cream of Chicken last night.

Take the tortilla shell and spoon some chili down the center of it. Sprinkle some cheese over top. Roll up the tortilla shell and place seam side down in the casserole dish. Repeat this step until the casserole dish is full. Mix the remaining cheese with the can or cans of cream soup and pour out over the top of the shells.

Bake at 375 Degrees for 45 minutes.

Let cool and serve.

Enjoy! I have Hubby to thank for thinking of this easy recipe.
